Disable an user account
This section describes how to enable or disable an user account.
1- From the user accounts list click on the icon.
2- The user account information page appears.
3- Uncheck the 'Enabled' field to disable/inactive the user account. Check to enable/activate.
4- Click on the 'Save User' button to save the change.
5- An indicator for the account status will appear on the user account list. Rows with color red for disabled/inactive accounts.
Note: When the user account is disabled you can't reset the user password neither access the user temporary credentials report.
